Hi everyone, Tim Veale here and I want to be your neighborhood Fitness Trainer, primarily serving Paoli, Berwyn, and Devon PA!  I believe that it's important to get moving! Are you new to exercise? Are you coming back from an extended break from working out?  Do you just not like to exercise but know that you should?  No problem!  I love working with clients like this! My diverse background can help you look, move, and feel better.  Let's get started!!

About Me

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a lifelong exercise enthusiast. I coach my clients through a variety of strength, cardio, and stretching exercises for a great total body workout.  My workouts can serve as a stand alone exercise program or as a compliment to other sports and exercise programs that you are participating in.

“My name is Jonathan and I'm 73. Even though we live on the same street, I never met Tim Veale before he became my trainer earlier this year. I've worked out with five (5) personal trainers over the years since my 50's. Tim is the first to actually chart my progress and know exactly where we left off and to have a plan for each session. With other trainers, everything was more of a guess each session. The variety built into each session, weights and bands has helped the arthritis in my right shoulder. I have had leg by-pass surgery, hernia surgery and heart stents, all in the past two years and the best I feel is when I work out with Tim for one of the three days weekly. I have also been dealing with a blood pressure issue the past two years that is now 110/70 with the exercise and changes to my diet. I used to be a gym rat in my 50's and early 60's, my wife is a Pilates instructor, I'm telling you, this is the best it is. PS he does listen to all my stories, for which my wife apologizes."

6-8 minute dynamic warm-up

20-22 minutes of compound strength exercises

18-20 minutes of total body circuit exercises

9-10 minute extended cool down that includes mobility and stretching

*All workouts are customized to account for client specific needs

Workout Options and Discounts

Pay per workout:

$65/hour

Purchase a 5 Pack: 

$300 ($60/hour = 7.5% discount)

Purchase a 10 Pack:

$550 ($55/hour = 15% discount)

How To Join!

1.  Call, text, or email Tim to schedule your complimentary initial meeting and sample workout.

2.  Tim will email you forms to complete prior to your initial meeting.  

3.  Complete the forms and return them to Tim prior to your initial session.

4.  Meet with Tim, complete the workout, and sign-up for future workouts via the Tim Veale Fitness LLC enrollment agreement.
